Margolis & Bloom, LLP seeks to add to our team an attorney with experience serving seniors, individuals with disabilities and their families. The position involves significant client contact and responsibility in representing clients. We seek candidates who have significant estate planning or elder law experience (at least five years) and who can represent clients independently and competently. Candidates must also pride themselves in their service to clients and in finding the right estate planning solution for each client. Our cases require creativity and new ideas, but also efficiency.  Both experience in special needs planning and portable billings are desirable, but not necessary.


Litigation Attorney

Margolis & Bloom, LLP seeks an experienced litigator with portable billings to join the firm.  The attorney will work independently and handle probate, guardianship and general litigation, as well as administrative appeals.  We anticipate that the ideal candidate will begin in an "of counsel" role with the potential of partnership.


Part-Time Bookkeeper

Margolis & Bloom, LLP seeks a professional and experienced bookkeeper with knowledge of Quickbooks to process duties, including, but not limited to the following: Invoicing; Financial Reporting; Accounts Payable/Receivable; Monthly, Quarterly and Year-End Closing; and Payroll.  We are looking to hire for approximately eight (8) hours on a weekly basis.


For all of these positions, we would prefer candidates seeking full-time employment, but would discuss part-time options.  Our hiring process is deliberate and somewhat lengthy because we are seeking individuals who will become permanent members of our dynamic firm.  Proficiency in one or more foreign language is a plus, though not a requirement.
